Return & Refund Policy
At Twin Brothers Kits, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept eligible returns under the conditions below.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Include all original tags and packaging, when applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Personalized Items
Customized jerseys featuring a name, number, or other personalization are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or the personalization was made incorrectly by Twin Brothers Kits.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us before sending your item back. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Twin Brothers Kits reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described above.
