At Twin Brothers Kits, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders containing personalized jerseys may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Our available shipping options are:
Standard Shipping
- $8 shipping fee
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping
- $15 shipping fee
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped. These estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the package has been shipped.
Shipping Delays
Twin Brothers Kits is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@twinbrotherskits.co and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
International Shipping
At this time, Twin Brothers Kits does not offer international shipping.
We currently ship within the United States only.
