The Story Behind the Jersey

The design takes inspiration from one of the most iconic Napoli shirts, particularly the jersey worn during the Club’s historic first Scudetto triumph, while also recalling the lightweight wool-blend shirts associated with Napoli during the 1980s. The result is a sophisticated interpretation of the classic sky-blue identity through a new Centenary Blue shade.

The centerpiece of this historic jersey is the special Centenary crest, bringing together four important symbols of Napoli's history: the Corsiero del Sole, the Club’s original symbol chosen in 1926; the number 100, representing a century of history; the infinity symbol, representing the everlasting connection between Napoli and its people; and the current SSC Napoli emblem, connecting the Club’s origins with its modern international identity.

The classic polo-style collar with V-neck construction and ribbed sleeve cuffs add an elegant retro character, while the subtle fabric texture recalls traditional football shirts. The back of the collar proudly features “Partenopei,” celebrating the people of Naples and the identity that has always surrounded the Club.
